Entry Fees

3 WAYS TO REGISTER

1. Online            -    Use your Visa or Mastercard to enter online.
2. In Person      -    Visit the temporary Event Shop during the week of the event.
3. Post/Fax        -    Download an OFFLINE ENTRY FORM and post or fax with cheque or credit card details to TriEvents.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Team entries close at 6pm on Friday 12th March 2010
• Online entries for individuals close at midnight on Friday 19th March 2010
• Postal entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 12th March 2010
• In person entries can be made at the Event Shop up until 4pm on Saturday 20th March 2010 (click here for Event Shop hours)
• The online option to have your Participant Pack posted to you ends on Friday 5th March 2010
• The online option to have your Merchandise posted to you ends on Monday 8th March 2010

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• An Adult is 16yrs+ on the day of the event
• Children 15 years & under must be accompanied by a cycling adult.
• Children 12 years & over on event day are permitted to ride their own bike in the 30km event.
• Children 7 years & over on event day are permitted to ride their own bike in the 10km event.
• Children 6 years & under are ineligible for entry but are welcome to accompany an adult as a passenger in an approved carrier (bike trailer or trailer bike).

HBF Members receive 15% off all online entry fees as per the table below. Remember to have your membership card handy when registering online.
